We are Urban Growers who have come together to Make Food, Pour Libations, practice Healing Arts like Orissa Ankh (Reiki), Celebrate the Seasons of the Sun, AfRaKan Akabalon KRST Naming ceremony, write Books, enrich as Teachers, storytellers, Spoken Word Artists, Chanting Heka, Artist to Activists and, performance artists community engagements, who share knowledge of Environmental Conservancy, Recycling and Green Sustainable initiatives.

Amen Par Ankh are Words of Power from ancient East Afrikan Societies known as KMT/ Kamata or Khemet (People of the Sun) Amen Par Ankh translates as Sacred Temple of Living. Amen Ankh (Sacred Life) is our Way of wellness in mind body and spirit. We recognize that we are souls having a human experience. We must take care of our bodies and feed our minds as sacred temples.
*I am an Educator and Tutor who supports an Afrikan Centered Home School Network for Enrichment in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Cultural and Industrial Arts and Mathematics.)
*My Sun, Mika Eli and I will entertain adults and student audiences at various churches, schools, colleges, libraries, hospitals, festivals and gatherings throughout the United States. We will mesmerize audiences with folktales, original stories and original Chants and Poetry.
*We grow and cultivate foods for Elders and at community sites, right in their yards for easy access. *We share African Centered history, stories, and DJ for Youth, Birthdays, Parties, Family Reunions and community celebrations and entertainment.
*I work as a spiritual revivalist. With Poetry and my original story “Conversations with my Brother” a story of healing that has touched many hearts.
*I also work as a Sip and Paint Healing Artist and
*Home Economics and Homesteading, with Custom Clothing and Accessory Tailor
*I also share health and wellness knowledge as in the healing properties of Herbs and Back yard edible weeds, as well as the spiritual properties of essential Oils

We teach Girls how to gain Resilience and perservierance through finding your Purpose, Strengths, in Destiny, Health, Career and Relationships. Each student will chart and journal their journey, through Meditation, Positive Affirmations, Exercise, Self-Help Book Club
Opportunities to travel, and gain scholarships, in our Choir and Dance Clubs,
Wealth in Financial Literacy, and entreprenuralship
and Applyed or Project Base Learning in Urban Agriculture and Green Sustainable initiatives.
